You can find it on the repo and there are some very good saturn emulators that can run it, like mednafen or ymir

(I had 5, but lost one to the second stage boss who almost always gives me trouble)

Never jump, and always try to stay at higher plane above him than lower plane. Lower plane can be done, but he is way less susceptible to attack you on the higher plane.

I buyed it on Steam not so long ago because I heard it was like the classic Playstation Wipeout games, I trully love it and I would just love it way more If I were able to find Online matches.

You can avoid fighting them if you walk far from there, I've never fought them on my entire playtrhough

Simple, Final fantasy Two and three just like five from that time not be translating and localized in the west, That's why 4 and 6 They are called two and three because only the first Final Fantasy was localized.
