1. A lot of Sektori, a really great twin stick shooter in the guise of Geometry Wars 1 or 2 but the maps keep changing. It has a Gradius-style system where picking upgrade tokens highlights different upgrades on a track (top left) and you cash out with A for the one you want.

There are also roguelite tendencies where every now and then a gold token will appear asking you not to choose three buffs but three different decks (Categories of benefits) to add to pick from. Really great.

2. Several runs of the Pragmata Sketchbook Demo on PC. I love it. It takes me back to the level of weirdness, curated and old school gameplay I harken back to thinking of PS2 titles. Just in terms of doing something weird and it being interesting. It looks and runs great and Diana (android kid) is charming.

I recommend trying it since it's only 20 minutes long but doesn't overstay its welcome and gets to the point. Truly excellent demo and the music is surreal.

Battletoads (Arcade, 1994).

Easily the best game of the series IMO. Would have been a 10/10 if it wasn't for the lack of the Dark Queen final fight and Professor T. Bird missing for some reasons.
