With the Rewrite and Undub for the game it feels like the best version of this game although it is not known if the Bugfix Patch is compatible with both patches for the game although I do not know if that is possible or not.

I tried looking on the author's website but couldn't find the information I was looking for. Does "Rewrite" mean it's been rewritten to be more faithful to the original Japanese, or is it simply a rewrite to be better according to their own criteria?

It's not a retranslation to be more accurate. It corrects any grammatical errors and makes speech flow better. There's an outline of what was changed in the author's google doc.

This looks like quite the improvement grammar/writing-wise but this is such a plot heavy game. I would've liked to have seen some examples from the more dramatic scenes or something. Nevertheless, thank you to the people behind this. The difference these rewrite/undub patches make in these Japanese gems is staggering!
