The "cyberfuturistic" feeling of late 90's and early 00's

It's hard to describe, Custom Robo on Gamecube and Virtua Quest nails the vibe down in my opinion.
I like to call it the Frutiger Aero era of gaming.

Certainly just a light "cyberfuturistic" vibe to a small degree, but I get this with second generation Pokémon games. I always loved the PokéGear and how it felt like a sort of smartwatch/phone all-in-one gadget, and early Pokémon always had that "science in harmony with nature" vibe to me.
Digimon did it even more of course, but I've never played any of the Digimon World games, only the later ones.

Megaman Battle Network comes to mind also. I always really liked old interpretations of the internet as a "real place".

2G was released for 2000 so I can see that. 5G also had some digital aspects.

MMBN is basically the Tron of the MM series.

The Sonic Advance series starting from 2 also tried to bring some "cyberspace" aspect to it with Techno Base
