So I created this frankenpatch of Translation using the unfinished Lifebottle project and Cless's project, and a local AI model running on my PC, so quality is probably bad.
As I'm not a translator, programmer, or game hacker, I cannot guarantee this works 100% or if complete playthrough using this patch is possible. I tested it quickly in PCSX2 2.6.3 on PC but didn't dive too deep, so there might be surprises; users beware!!!
It's an xdelta patch and needs to be used on a clean Japanese iso (though not megahits Japnese version!!)

Edit: v3 patch is still borked; wait for new version!!!

The whole thing is a work in progress; don't expect too much
It's probably better to wait for Lumina's Team version patch, to be honest

Sorry, first I had a browser bug, then I got the info that the file is too big to attach
Note: Privacy Possum Firefox add-on breaks things on many sites lol

Edit: post updated

Amazing, thank you so much. And please so make it available in other sites.

Can you share the CRC32 of the iso you used, the one that is on this website is not working

maaaaaaybe we should just wait for the actual translators to do this project, please

CRC32: 359DE692 I used 7zip; the one on this side already has partial translation applied. You need clean Japanese iso

Yeah, this might be because of how the game handles the names. The Lifebottle project by itself, even with all scenario and skits files translated, had all names and menus in Japanese; the way I merged both projects was most likely not the proper one, and the AI I used is dumb compared to ChatGPT or Claude, and yeah, it's better to wait for Lumina Tales. I already said that in the first post

Edit: OK, I might be able to fix this since it's AI's fault in scenario files

Hmmm, now I wonder how many more mistakes the Local AI I used made. If money were not an issue, I would use ChatGPT or Claude, but the cost of tokens can easily go over 120$, and I have to work with what I have. I will try to fix those issues, but there might be more that I'm not even aware of

To me, this is a pretty good first project, and a great learning experience.

Now that you have a draft version, you can try using a different AI to get the text right and reinsert it.

My own suggestion is, to check the text personally at least once - or ask another AI to review and edit it.

Looking forward to see what new updates you produce (if you choose to do so) :)

The Problem is I would have either spent a lot of money on tokens for ChatGPT or Claude, or Buy something like DGX Spark, or, even more expensive, a Workstation with multiple AI cards.
I'm a broke guy living off disability aid from the government, so spending like 120$ on tokens is a big expense for me

Can you explain what tools you used? What exactly was the local AI you used?
Sure, I used Llama.cpp and ran a local Llama Server with either Oh My Pi agent harness or Goose Harness, and used this specific version of Qwen 3.6 35B "Qwen3.6-35B-A3B-uncensored-heretic-Native-MTP-Preserved-APEX-I-Compact.gguf"
