The 3 hacks of Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World are quite solid that help to improve the game itself especially the restoration of the color palette that makes the color range completely faithful to the Super Famicom/Super Nintendo version and at the same time reduces the exaggerated brightness of the color gamut that it originally had although it was intentional due to the original model of the GBA which is AGS-001 did not have backlight on the LCD screen so it was Common, Although in the SP model it had a backlight at least one level to increase the brightness on the screen.
Things are being moved again. Is ⅭⅮR down again for updates? 'cause some games just appearing here on The Repo...
Ah, right. I forgot how fickle the 30th anniversary hack can be on certain emulators. Well, I'm glad we have this GBA version to play then. It's always good to have more options. That's true, I'd forgotten about the 30th Anniversary thing. I guess I don't play it because I like using SNES9X and that hack can be unstable on it.
Me either, I cherrypicked all the good improvements I could think of. SMA2 - SMW DX is amazing even by itself, but with SNES accurate colors and drum sounds it's even better.Nice to see that it makes use of the "SNES Color Restoration" patch. Never been a fan of the washed out colors of the original.
