Overview:

– Nanami has a different scenario.

– Kiba has a different fate.

– The events in Muse City have been improved.

– The cooking challenge event will reopening again after being finished final challenge.

– If the event of Tir McDohl has not opened yet, it will be available after the final battle.

– Tir McDohl will be available on the party list after finishing his event.

– Possibility to return to Headquarters after last meeting with Jowy in Tenzan Mountain.

– Possibility to visit Mercenary Fortress after last meeting with Jowy in Tenzan Mountain.

– To change the party, Leona will be available in Mercenary Fortress after the last meeting with Jowy in Tenzan Mountain.

– Possibility to visit un-burned Villages of Toto and Ryube after last meeting with Jowy at Tenzan Mountain.

– Improved the two endings after the last meeting with Jowy in Tenzan Mountain.

And other features that support the game.

Something’s weird… when im putting this file on a CD, my Polymega plays it as the original Suikoden 2…. No oath, just the original?!? Am I missing something?

so the emulator take effect on this problem? 'cos i have same problem for fighting gorudo, and i'm use epsxe 2.0.15 on android

I advice you use Duckstation emulator

That's literally the only thing I've ever wanted in my whole life. That one minigame has had a greater effect on my life than some entire games. My friends and I get together every couple months to have a potluck and we legit just have the cooking minigame music on in the background at some point every time.

has anyone tried on a real hardware? there are some games having a real problem with that mod too, faulty from the code which can break some event even without cheat.

try dont use cheat if ever happen before.

sometime emulator hasn't been 100% accurate someone need to test it out fully playable before the game patched to the latest version

I have solved my Gorudo problem by changing from epsxe to duckstation emu android, but now I can't finish the game. I cnt find Jowy in Tenzan Pass.

You definitely shouldn't use epsxe anymore, it's a relic.

Personally, I play with an Android emulator; this emulator is Fullroid. So far, I'm ahead in the game and haven't encountered any problems, whether advancing in the story, or using normal or quick saves. You can download it from the Google Play Store

Is there a way to finish Gorudo scene in Rockaxe Castle? Until now I still can't finish it. I kept having a 2nd battle with Gorudo after killing him.

I played by emulator android and I check it, No any issues.

You still not see the game-breaking bugs when you have constant save on the save points (the orb save point or at inn), only when you did not saving the game by few hours, they will crash at some areas but that wont be an issue if you save it beforehand.

Also, the Last Hope mod on Suikoden 1 have tons of it, you will see few times when trying to change party on Sanchez (i forgot at which point is) and the game suddenly crashed.

As for comparison, I played Suikoden 2 Hard Mod and it doesnt have any issue at all even with thousand save states, all they did just edit the level of enemies with adding some new moves but did not changed the script of game.

This is the same thing happened on Suikoden 1 Last Hope too, too much changing the code and script breaks the game and requirement needed since some of them cant be recruited by 'normal way', you need to recruit them when you are alone or having absolute free time (no mission taken). Also, Sanchez also broken on certain mission script and you cant switch them because you are being forced to play on modded scripts.

Looks like I need to bear with it because like you said, I get another issue which is the game crashed again in Rockaxe castle where I cant go up the stairway to Gorudo. The encounter was fine, but i cant move anymore due it crashed when moving to next screen.

Don't use quick savestat, like what I said the game sometimes freezes...
