Very impressive! I wish someone put the music remixes in the PS2 version of Alpha 3 in the PSP port of Alpha 3 next.

Can we get it on PS Vita too?

yooooo Peak SF along Alpha 3, does anybody have try it yet and knows if it runs well?
I helped test it and it works pretty good generally, there’s minor frame drops on smooth mode when the screen gets filled with a ton of sprites but this is occasional, (except the car mini game where you’ll get some heavier slowdown the whole time)
Fast mode has 0 framedrops but the scaling modes are less versatile. going into replay mode will probably result in the game crashing as well.
Other than that my only real problem with the port is that the fast mode can’t be run at the correct aspect ratio, and maybe a correct ratio option with respects to CPS III native res as that option stretches the game a bit since CPS III resolution is somewhat anamorphic, the only option to play at the correct aspect ratio is called vertical on smooth mode but the scaling on that looks kind of funky on text sometimes if you’ve looked at third strike a lot.
It’s also not compatible with PSP 1000s and it has it’s own custom clockspeeds that are a little dynamic between fights and the car bonus game. Setting 333mhz myself made my PSP very warm so I’d recommend setting clocks to auto on cfw when playing this port
