I watched two episodes of Carole and Tuesday a while ago.

I've never been a huge anime fan, but Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo and Kids on the Slope were all fantastic and worth a watch even for just the soundtracks alone, so when I heard Shinishiro Watanabe was involved with another music-related project, I figured it might be worth a look.

Didn't click with me, sadly. Generally likeable characters and okay music, but nothing really grabbed me. But then I'm also just not a fan of the style of music the show seems to be centered around.

I remember renting Macross Plus on DVD back in the day, probably one of the first anime that I randomly grabbed based on the box art. Good times!

Just finished the Toei Yu-Gi-Oh! anime, which most people call Season Zero... I liked it a lot!

I know the Duel Monsters craze was a money pit that they just had to dive into, but I still really love the King of Games plotline, and how Yugi was a pro at not just Duel Monsters, but also Capsule Monsters, Poker, chicken, yo-yos, and even simple games of chance... I'd like to see something that combines that concept with Ultimate Survivor someday.

Went straight from that into the Duel Monsters anime, and... I'm not enjoying it as much. As someone who plays the card game, all the blatant rule-breaking is annoying... And as a Season Zero fan, I'm really begging for an episode here and there to change up the game a little, or at least give some more "filler" of the gang hanging out. But no, it's Duel Monsters all day, every day!

Yaiba is the only currently airing show I've got any interest in and I've been enjoying a lot even though it's only 3 episodes in so far. Other than that, I've actually been re-watching the original Naruto anime which has been a pretty good time as well.
