Oh it’s bad.

Nothing could have prepared me for the size of this girl. Also yes that is comic sans. The series was 12 eps long and the concept was…..possibly a human rights violation

But it was a massive win for catgirl rights meow!!!!

Been watching YuYu Hakusho. Finished the Dark Tournament and started the next Arc.
Overall, I'm really disappointed. I had such rose tinted goggles for this anime and it actually kinda sucks. Togashi is such a hack.
I started reading the manga and I can only compliment his artistic skills from the early 90s.

I've been reading it as Gundam G-Cucks.

Uhhhhhhhhhhhh

Most recently was...the first couple episodes of Slayers? Then I got distracted.

I've been rewatching revolutionary girl utena for the first time in nearly a decade. It's a lot more unsettling (for lack of a better term) than I remembered.

Is it any good? I intend to watch it eventually.

For now it is, but I recommend watching the 079 series first, because the two are connected.

i've been watching tribe nine since the gacha game came out. pretty good story but the animation kinda blows lol

My recently watched ? Nah not gonna name them they where rather dull and I don´t want any one else to watch them. I mean they where not that bad maybe 4/10 or 5/10 but honestly not worth naming.

But I do have about 68 anime on my gonna watch list. the list is big becuse there is a bunch of shows that I wait to finish I never watch them until they are done. And some of them Im still waiting for the dup to finish.

Yes today I rather prefer dub if I can because I feel I can focus better on what´s happening if I don´t have to read.

okay so the last anime i watched was Frieren which i havent gotten to finish since i didnt have the time, but the last manga i have read is Fragrant Flower Blooms With Dignity, which is a pretty sick romcom honestly. im more of a manga reader so i dont really watch anime that much anymore except Re:Zero which i also havent gotten to watch the 3rd season because i didnt have time. i cant believe senior year of highschool is actually tough, i figured i'd enjoy my last year as a highschooler lmao but instead its just studying.

The real question is, how long is it gonna take me to actually try and finish out Durarara? Been om that since last year, just can't find the drive to sit through shows anymore, and that one is an enigma for me because it took me so long to find it again. Saw it once on adult swim as a kid and could never figure out what it was called, figured it out last year and finished the first season, halfway through the second, but i started season two last year lol.

Well, I know it isn't anything spectacular but I liked this short campy little Anime called:

I Parry Everything

Oddly enough, while the main character is likeable, the one that drew me in the most is King Clays, whom is barely a secondary character at best and is the father of the ''disciple'' of the protagonist, Lynne (pictured above). He seems like a very good man and reminds me of Mel de Alkirk from the game Lunar for the PSX.

And this noble king archtype has been of my liking since I used to watch ''The Legend of Prince Valiant'' as a kid. His father, King Willem and his mentor Rolf sum up pretty much the best attributes one must try to attain within his posibilities.

The Anime itself albiet a little bit short for what I'm used to, isn't anything bad per se.

I Parry Everything

For once, its not the typical Isekai harem where the male lead collects female companions like pokemons where the personalities feel like tropes, the main protagonist is just a big guy with good intentions called Noor who grew up alone half of his life but he was raised by loving parents who used to read him tales of heroes and dragons as a child before they passed away.

And this is the core element that makes the plot very simple. There's no big arching plot of the undisclossed villain lurking in the shadows hooking you up and preping you for the second season that may or may not come to pass but for which there's already merchandize available for you.

Its just: stuff happens, the guy who doesn't know how strong he is stumbles upon this problem and solves it like its no big deal, before an even bigger one comes along. The pull is actually that you just watch the interactions of this guy with other people and how his personality brings out the best from everyone from the common folk to the enemy kingdom and even the world ending mennace that's only spoken in legends.

The visuals were bloody gorgeous. Overall I felt it was more and somehow simultaneously less coherent than the anime. I like the anime more but I love both.

Probably watch the rest sporadically later
