This time there was nothing special but there were a few interesting games which one should keep an eye on.

"Dragon Quest VII Reimagined"??? The fuck is this shit? The fuck is "Reimagined"? They keep fucking inventing new shit with empty word salad SMH so they can justify they didn't bother with "remake", they just wanted to change the game into something else like it means too different than a remake wow.

A bunch of shit 2D games and horror rubbish like we got back to PS1-era.

Good thing Tokyo Xtreme Racer was released on Steam. Wouldn't buy a PlayStation even for Racing Lagoon 2 or something.

Yes overall it was another "State of Nothing to Play" lolol.

The cheaper PS5 for Japan honestly ticks me off. It brings to the fore two things that I hope won't be a continuing trend...low console prices exclusive to Japan and the return of region locking.

It's all remakes and dlc

Why not just port the Zero/Fatal Frame 2 remake to pc and modern consoles instead of remaking it a second time? It never came out in the US so it wouldve been nice for more people to play it

Imma be honest. It was a nothingburger.

I didn't expect much but it was underwhelming.

But the most egregious of all was the "PC5"

Just buy a PC

We now have:
- Remakes
- Remasters
- Rereleases
- Reimaginations

What's next? Relaunch?

Gotta blame whatever is Americano politics for why Americanos have to buy imported items for way more expensive that actually also increases price of their local products due to whatever needed to produce their local goods that also has to be imported. Naturally local products will be cheaper in home country of the company for lots of reasons. Europe causes issues too but not so stupid as trying to export items to Americano though, because instead of cost issue Europeano causes stupid rules issue. Overall it means USA and Europe abusing the way whole international market so focused on them, so their greedy ass want more money by asking too much money and find a reason to punish companies, making America and Europe risky markets for risky products that is too risky to expect decent profit anymore, asking for "let's test the water for 1 year and if the console and game sells a lot let's try it on Europe and America later or not". It make me think in the near future Japan may ignore the existence of Americano and Europeano and instead focus on country by country specifically. For example instead of trying to satisfy Americanos "asking too much money" and European law bitching they may focus on United Arab Emirates and increase their customer pool in areas not known as "gamers" like Maritime Southeast Asia and the Middle-East. Thus better invest on Africa instead of being so depended on America and Europe at this point. America and Europe hurts big companies less but they are very repulsive at this point.

2nd reason, Sony need an edge against Nintendo or they would have to shut down PlayStation lol. Nintendo even attempting to murder Sony Pictures by spamming movies, and my uncle working at Nintendo said Nintendo will release music players, tvs, and whatnot to kill Sony for good lolol.

Well, anyway there are a few promising games among them. Let's hope that next year will bring better results. I am satisfied; we can't expect more these days.

It was clear that something like this would happen eventually, buddy. Your comments are just too brutal. You're right about many things, but you're not writing it in a very nice way.

Nothing really jumping out at me. Blazblue's still stuck in spin-off hell too, would really like a new mainline fighting game instead. :/

Arc Sys is too busy with Strive and Marvel Tokon (hell, even with DBZ Fighterz). We won't be seeing a new BlazBlue for a long time imo
