January 23rd.

Prior to taking an eye examination (to which my eyesight became 5% worse than what it was in 2020), I decided to have some nice discussions on here about anything. I also tried giving someone a week of Nitro for them to eventually turn it into something bigger but declined it once again (apart of me believes that im being too generous and that I should just keep it to myself), and started playing my usual dig of tModLoader in an attempt for me to get into the game again. I stayed with my brother for a bit and it ended off on a depressing note that I don't want to mention. Nothing went horribly wrong though.

Now im just having to get my allergy test tomorrow to see if theres anything major that I have and how it can be handled in the future. I also talked to one more person in DMs on here which is awesome but closed both DMs down as I fear that they wont be touched anymore. Am always available for a talk pr two though. I wished that more people touched this thread though.

All I can say is that college has started. Other than that, I've been hitting communication, gaming, and writer's block after what's been happening these past few weeks. I must eventually let it go but damn it's hard to let go when you're Pitaya. I know I'll get better soon, because the enjoyment of waking up at 5 AM in the morning to go on two busses to college is quite fun. Not as fun in the winter though. I hope that spring passes by quickly.

3th day at the new job took care of the elderly and learned new things , my workplace friends are 50/50 either alright,or someone i would stab to death after electrics cut out for 10s in the building

Done the usal cleaning work had nice coffee and come home to my wife waiting for me , had a stressful cookout with my dad who burned my already finished pasta and trew 25% of the butter in the pan made it feel Like i had a heart Attack after consuming my pasta

Then i went and fixed my max Payne 3cd i got for ps3 and cleaned it and took care of the scratch marks and make a box for it and went bed ,told my fiancee how beautiful she is and kissed her the I wrote this message here and sleep ?

Feb 7:
- Went with my dad to one of his jobs, the guy said we couldn't go inside because they were sanding the floors, so we have to come back some other day. I guess the guy sanding the floor was able to levitate.
- Went to the grocery store for some pickups before every football maniac guts the grocery store. It was about to that point anyway but I got most of what I needed.
- Went back and forth in emails with my old landlady, should be returning to Seattle fairly soon. Rent has actually gone down since I was there last. Maybe it means the neighborhood got worse, guess we'll see.
- Rewarded myself with ice cream and then a nap. My torso hurts still from throwing up violently yesterday, but it'll be fine in a day or two.
- Had pizza for dinner.
- Played some Dead Cells and then some Fez, now going to bed. Maybe. Once I actually get in bed.

February 9th 7am, still here, and no direction yet.
This box smells like oranges though,
found a ration said it was a calorie mate, but just made my glucose too high.. No friend of mine!
Next saw a snake, might eat it, not decided, as the snake keeps giving me eyes.

Stopped playing Snakes eater, and then got on with some work for 6 hours.

Ate Japchae and then took medication. Now sleepy.

Feb 12, 2025:
- had the nurse at my dad's doctor appt check my blood pressure, because I was curious as I haven't checked it in probably two years. It showed 198/113 which is super bad, she said I should go to an ER but with no medical currently, not an option. So we'll correct with diet and rest and monitor it. I don't feel worse than usual or anything, but apparently I could feel a whole lot better.

I spoke with the young and old today.

I played chess with the old folks and tried to glean some wisdom from the things they've seen, hoping I could become wiser and make that existential dread about my mortality and legacy feel a little less concerning. Anecdotes and stories of years past often hold pearls of truth that can change the way you look at things.

I poured tea for the young folks and tried to assuage some of their fears about the future, while letting them vent this anger they're so filled with. I've learned that you can't seek to impart wisdom, you have to first bring them peace, then they are willing to learn.

So many of the old are stuck in their ways and blind to the changes that need to be brought about. So many of the youth are wrapped up in fear and fury, blind to the good around them. I don't know if anything I said stuck with either group, but it isn't the result that matters, it's the effort. Companionship can make a difference.

A long day, but a day I am proud of.
