I spent several hours yesterday cutting back a gigantic bougainvillea at my friend's house. I stopped because their green bin was full, but next week I'm gonna go back and handle the rest of it. It basically needs cut down to the stump so it can regrow vertically instead of the lean it has now. But today I'm paying for it. I twisted and stretched in ways I haven't for... apparently way too long! So today was less than good due to how I feel, but it's a good reminder that I need to get up and move far more often than I do.
