Silly anime series with an amazing soundtrack and Opening and Ending music.

We all seen silly anime that's either geared towards children or romantic comedy anime that's over the top yet somehow, has a great soundtrack with both opening and end credit scenes. So here's a question, what's a silly anime you have watched with silly synopsis, fun characters, and a weird setting, but also has a wonderful soundtrack and catchy opening or ending music?

Example, I have been watching Magical Taruruuto Kun which features a cute little magical boy named Taruruuto casting magic to a 5th grader name Homaru to solve his problems through social life, but sometimes backfires and chaos ensues. (Hmm that seems familiar). Overall, its cute, silly, and funny with nice colors, and neat characters, and has incredible music that's from a kids anime.

School Rumble, Gintama, Space Dandy

The music is by the great Seiji Yokoyama, who was already responsible for the brilliant and memorable compositions in Saint Seiya.
Virtually all the famous TV anime from the 80s and 90s had brilliant and memorable background music and opening/ending themes, so there’s a vast choice.
That said, I can’t think of any that are specifically ‘silly’ off the top of my head, apart from perhaps Dragon Ball, Sailor Moon, Ranma ½, Urusei Yatsura and, to a lesser extent, Attacker Yū and Maison Ikkoku.

Watamote features an intense hard rock opening theme, yet it's a slice of life about someone with crippling social anxiety just trying to put herself out there. The contrast's quite jarring in a humorous way

Similarly, the epic orchestra in the Kirby anime. So much so that some of the compositions also serve as BGM in Kirby Air Ride
