too large a file for here... I hardly ever messed with Windows art-tools over the years so I'm not sure how to truncate it or w/e... snipping tool? change its resolution? change the file extension? I have 0 idea lol

Take your capture, save the file. load it up HERE
And scale it down by 10% per try start at 90% then 80% ect
The site will tell you the file size on the bottom of the Resized image,
save that one

idk how to locate the actual desktop image with icons n start-menu bar. print-screen wouldn't copy to the site. but here is the raw image... the infamous 'and and' monster strikes the localization again!!
