It's pretty old yeah, 4th gen i5 laptop, it's a decade old already

This not my actual desktop but it's activity overview, if I only posted desktop people might thought I had only posted my wallpaper, because default Gnome is very clean with only a top bar in the way (second image).

My desktop isn't vanilla Gnome (3rd image is Vanilla Gnome as comparison) , I have some extension, like system tray icons (In the top right along side battery and WiFi icons) Blur my sell to make the background out side of the wallpaper blurry instead of dark gray like in vanilla Gnome and just perfection to make the top bar smaller than standard.

As if this wasn't oblivious the artist who I commission my PFP is the same as my wallpaper, I other art that I have commission I also use as my wallpaper.

i dont have shit on my desktop since i just keep most of my stuff in folders and i like to keep things neat and organized

I have notice on this thread and on other forums that Gnome and KDE users tend to make their desktop cleaner, meanwhile Cinnamon (Linux mint users) have a more messy set up on their desktop.

I'm using Wallpaper Engine with around 25-30 different backgrounds from The Ascent (which automatically change every 5 minutes). Wallpapers are animated, looks absolutely gorgeous. No desktop icons!!
