Win10 with startisback program installed with a custom start menu orb. ;)

I'd still be using Win7 if pcsx2 devs didnt make the "LOVELY" decision to make win10 the minimum version to use pcsx2.

Haven't tried this new one yet. heard they did away with the plugins.... probly means all my many .lily keymappings won't work there. 1.6.0 still gets the job done for me.

Indeed, they got rid of the plugins and you are ok with 1.6.0 and most of the games i believe. But onimusha 4 wont have good gfx because of the lack of IPU emulation (i guess that's the function's name).
