Anime SBR AND GHOST IN THE SHELL, can it get more peak ?

This year has been all over the place so far, with the DMC show being somewhat weird and having the fandom split into 2 to TBATE being so bad the fandom disowned the entire show as if it it didn't even existed, but on the other Hand we Just got news on a new Ghost in the shell with OG style and confirmation of JOJO SBR and already having a great Remake for the other anime from the conan mangaka Yieba, the Year still young in fact we have more that half the year for more surprises, if there was more news on animes you wish they could be made what would it be for you ?

for me i either dream big or not so, I'm the still hoping for a berserk remake that's worth watching, also Ghost in the shell having a new anime but AKIRA not having any continuation for the anime is still weird to me specially when they already announced that's gonna happen, and last i really wish for a full Dragon ball remake they teased us enough in the beginning of the new movies and daima, i know a remake of some kind is coming, but i want "THE ONE PIECE" treatment when its from the beginning to the end... what about you ? and how do you feel about the anime industry as a whole this year with the SBR announcement ?

Always good news when GitS is given proper treatment. I don't particularly hope for anything, though.

The OG Dragon Ball is already a classic it’s great as it is and it shouldn’t be touched. GITS will be more peak if they could get Shirow Masamune and Mamoru Oshii both work on it. And as for SBR I’m still ecstatic after seeing the teaser.

Definitely looking forward to that new GiTS anime especially since Science Saru is behind it and they're going for an art style similar to the original manga.

As a huge fan of the JoJo manga, a lot of the anime adaptations have been very hit or miss and I hate to admit, but after the Part 6 adaptation, I don't have the highest hopes for Part 7 but I'll be happy to be proven wrong.

While I would genuinely love to see a full adaptation of the Akira manga, I think all of us know it'll never happen and even if it did it would never reach the expectations or hit the same quality you'd expect.

Dragon Ball doesn't need a remake. People really need to get out of this mindset of begging for remakes for things they already like. It's perfect the way it is, don't touch it (I also think that One Piece remake is going to be a huge waste of time too personally).

I still think the modern anime industry is largely uninspiring but recent shows like Dandadan and Yaiba do give me hope that I shouldn't completely disregard modern stuff.

Science SARU has been on a massive upswing. Heike Story was a breakthrough moment for them, and they've continued to enjoy success with Dandadan. I'm confident in their Ghost in the Shell work.
