Hi

Safety Stoat Studios is a little tiny developer (consisting of one person in his free time) that makes experimental games compatible with Mega Drive/Genesis. We recently discovered Retro Game Talk and we're excited to introduce ourselves! We've made almost 20 games and some of them are good; all of them are at least interesting. Check us out at: https://safetystoatstudios.itch.io. All our games are free. We recommend:

Lock and Toad: A block pushing game that's better because it has guns.
Tiger Bureaucrat: A city builder from the perspective of the guy that has to clean up after a shoot 'em up has happened.
Golfanalia: A falling block game where you make a golf course and then golf on it.

We're currently working on Pirates of The Drowned Hypertorus, which is a roguelite with bump combat in the style of 80s Japanese PC RPGS.

Thanks for taking a look!

Nifty!

Honestly, stick around here a bit.
There's plenty of folk who'd love these that chill here!

Ever think of compiling them into a single ROM? A sort of "Safety Stoat Collection", if you will?
I imagine that's be a hit.

As a non-paid shill (actually, I think I’m a paying shill), I’ll give my endorsement to Tiger Bureaucrat and Lock & Toad. They’re both fun twists on their respective genres.
Golfanalia 2 hasn’t clicked with me, but I don’t totally understand it nor do I have a player 2 to join me, let alone players 3 and 4 that would totally ramp up the chaos.
Keep the games coming!!!
