The original Super Nintendo Trilogy only had 3 Games, which each of them were localized under 3 different names, which the order Goes like this

Rushing Beat (Localized over here as Rival Turf) [both versions were released in 1992]

Rushing Beat Ran (Localized here as Brawl Brothers) [Japanese version was released in 1992,while the U.S. version was released in 1993]

Rushing Beat Shura (Localized here as The Peace Keepers) [The japanese version was released in 1993,while the U.S version was released in 1994]

This article will give in a bigger indepth explanation to each Game in the series, and what changes were made between the japanese version and U.S. Localization versions:

So yep,the Super Nintendo (Super Famicom) only had 3 games.

however, they recently released a new Installment in the franchise for the Nintendo Switch and Playstation 5 called "Rushing Beat X: Return of the Brawl Brothers",which they brought back Wendy Milan and Kazen from "Rushing Beat Ran"
The worst part of all this is seeing that Nintendo till insists on putting these ridiculous versions on Nintendo Switch Online for the rest of the world,I would prefer +9000x if they just put the original versions even without any translation than this ¬¬

You forgot to mention that "Rushing Beat X" uses Douglas' black redesign from "Rival Turf" while simultaneously keeping his original Japanese name.

I just played through this, reached the final boss room and got a game over at the ninjas, excellent game but the cpu can be cheap.

Might want to update the download link as v1.2 just came out.

Changelog From DackR's Github:
*1.2**
- Script/dialogue pass: fixed lines that ran past the dialog-box width
(text running off-screen), including a few malformed line-break codes —
found with a new width-overflow checker added to the script editor.
- Translation corrections and refinements across several scenarios, including
issues from a user report and lines re-evaluated after seeing them in-game.
RageBurner is aware and is working on it. It will likely be up within a day or so...

Just beat it. A solid 4,5/5 game. Just wish there was a harder mode because the game is pretty easy overall

Finnally! I've waited for years for Rushing Beat Shura, the final Game in the Trilogy to get a "Proper more Faithful English Fan Translation" of the Actual Real Storyline, unlike that Hack Job Garbage that "The Peace Keepers" Gave us,removing alot of the Plot Context/Stupid Censorship changes (Which they went as far as to Changing The Special Moves for the characters, which for example, they changed Elfin's "Flame Bird" Special Attack into a Lame Retarded "Echo Yell Attack" which just looks rediculous and out of Place/and Removing the actual soundtrack replacing it with "Random Background Noise" which was the stupidest thing they ever did! with this english Fan Translation,I can now get the Full Insight of what really happened with Elfin's Story Arc (MY fav Character in the game!)

And don't even get me started on those God awful Realistic Face Portraits from the "Peace Keepers Version" which they replaced the japanese version's awsome Anime-like Portraits with these god awful Realistic Mortal Kombat-like Digital Portraits.

Plus,Elfin was one of the best characters in the 3rd game in the Original Trilogy, which is a shame she didn't come back in "Rushing Beat X: Return of the Brawl Brothers",but at least we Got Wendy Milan back.

Elfin is just a Terry Bogard with a vagina way before 'SNK Heroines'. And in combat she also has a muay thai stance similar to Joe Higashi's.

YES

One of my most wanted translations! I can;t believe it actually happened!

Ironically right when my steam deck is on the frits.

Rushing Beat Shura (Japan) - Secrets characters unlocked, allow same character selection, easy super Flynn transformation.ips
It should be compatible
I tested this and seems to work, this ips patch certainly makes this hack even better, thank you and for everyone who worked on this.

hey, I did a quick hack and added the secret characters to the story mode.
I simply converted a Game Genie code (by terpsfan101) and applied it to the rom to make it permanent.
Played two minutes, didn't notice any bug.

Here's a link, feel free to add it to the database :

Holy Crap! Dude thats awsome that you went out of your way to accomplish this,Im gonna try this out now to see how it works,Can't wait to play as "Rick Norton" From the start along with Elfin:P
