So I beat... the first level, andit took me 3 hoursto doit. I fucking suck at these games. Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong. I can say I played it, but I will never beat this game.

Took a break from this playing ffx-2 (which I will go back to), and wanted to see if I can win without save states for infinite lives to close out the month. Gonna continue with MK II ship (I still think the others are traps I aint falling for it square! Fool me twice...) but this time mapping arm change to triangle. I remember having the arm change for O was kind of clunky. idk, maybe that will help >_>

How do you all know what level/stage you are on? This piece of shit doesn't even keep track of that, unless I missed something.

Anyway, without save states, got hard stopped here (had 8 continues and burned them all), I dunno what level/stage it is. This section fucking sucks.

For others having trouble doing this legit, I have found the grenades are the TRUTH, they will one cycle the bosses, and since they can shoot backwards, they also fuck up the yoyo motherfucker that goes back and forth.

Alright, I'm done with this torture. Beat it third time on easy, and I still needed savestates for a few extra lives, but I did better: I can get to whatever point has the boss that jumps around with blades legit, but run out of lives after that, whatever section that is. I suck at schmups and don't have the patience to get better at this game.

I am now convinced grenade is best weapon: if you know the pattern, you can pound the shit out of every boss fast (even the final boss is made a joke), but this asshole continues to kick my ass even with save states, as it doesn't go down with a full mag of grenades.

idk if it has a good weak point or strategy to pound with grenades?

@moonbits I don't know if I can trust you anymore
