Sin and Punishment is a good one that I keep coming back to for years and years. It's pretty hard though.

This and the Wii sequel. straight fire on the block.

Not really a Dreamcast game, per say as it's an Atomiswave game, but there's a port of Dolphin Blue to the Dreamcast and it's essentially Metal Slug with Dolphins. The arcade version is best obviously, as the Dreamcast version has heavy slowdown when there's tons of explosions happening on screen

There's a few differences that would make it worth it over PS1. It does have slightly better graphics. But that audio quality lol.
