Fine, I'll bring up Bakuretsu Muteki Bangai-O which is on the Dreamcast & Nintendo 64, a Treasure game of incredibly satisfying feedback of cheating death. Seeing the framerate drop from setting off 20,000 missiles from a well placed counter manoeuvre of the enemy's attacks is nothing shot of pure bliss and immense satisfaction.

I love this game so much, one of Treasure's most beautiful games, then again, what have they touched which isn't gold?
The dialouge is also wonderful, filled with light-hearted joy and fantastic comedy, the fan-translation teams have absolutely outdone themselves.

This duology of games is quite frankly in my top 5 of games of all time. I've known them since childhood and they have shaped my tastes significantly in what I adore

They're a set of Action-RPG's made by From Software which uses cards! It's a wonderful concept and is hardly ever experimented with, you bring a deck with you into the field of 30 monsters that your powerful device called a Runestone can bring to life.

They can take the field as your own ally that acts independent of your own actions, you can even summon them to do devastatingly powerful attacks or swift strikes and the tech of this game is absolutely lovely. When you're throwing out a card and choosing where it will land with your movement stick, you gain immunity frames to all sources of damage while you do so which adds such a fantastic duet of strategy of choosing what cards to attack your foes with and carefully timing when you do so.

I love the music, the characters, the lore. Just about everything.

I freaking love Custom Robo and Gotcha Force for the GameCube! Both games are really fun, even if Gotcha Force can be a little too grindy sometimes.
Also, Custom Robo actually started on the N64, but I didn't get to play the first games sadly, only one of them was fully translated by fans.

For DC: I highly recommend "Trickstyle" — I was the only one who owned it, but I loved it.

For N64: Electric Pen.

Dee Dee Planet was an unreleased real-time Worms style game. It has online support, but I get great fun out of it doing 3-4 player local multiplayer.

Try out Darkened Skye. I downloaded it off a whim because I liked the cover art, and slowly began to realize it's a super convoluted, fantasy themed advertisement for Skittles candy.

I had the pc version of it, the game isn't the best.

No, the novelty is that it's a Skittles game lol. Fun distraction for like 15 minutes, but homie who asked might see more potential in it.

I've seen a livestream of this game in a discord server filled with people like me who grew up with Lost Kingdoms, it was such a surreal experience seeing cutscenes like an old woman discuss Skittles like the fate of the universe was hinging on them

The Evolution Duology on Dreamcast, pretty neat rpg titles that despite the amount of downloads on this site, it's pretty forgotten when it comes to hidden gems of that era, even weirder since they're were published by a giant like ubisoft, there's also evolution worlds, which has both an english dub and an undub version, but more or less it's an abridged version of evolution 1 with the full evolution 2, both with full voiceover but downgraded to 480i instead of 480p.

There was also an Evolution game on the neo geo pocket color if you're interested.

From japan to america, i recommend you all the infrogames licensed video games from bugs bunny lost in time to taz wanted and everything in between, even if not a fan of the looney tunes or stuff like wacky racers or smurfs, there's a certain level of polish and care put into these games despite their low polygon counts that makes them stand out from other stuff at the time, sure, you probably have played sheep raider or taz wanted, but what about the duck dodgers n64 game? What about the looney tunes space race for dreamcast? and so on and so forth, plus they're really small games and even the ps1 games have multi dub, something rare for a ps1 game, it's almost as infrogames was back then the good version of what some know now as game-mill.

rush 2049 (n64 has better music, dreamcast has better graphics)

bomberman hero (not multiplayer btw)
Kirby 64 (the only kirby game with dual powerups)
Tetrisphere (it's wilder than normal tetris)
conker's bad fur day

Dreamcast:
power stone 2 (any other port lacks the adventure mode, item crafting, unlockables, custom vs and extra 3 levels)
gigawing 2 (this is a 4 player game, shootemup)
Sonic Shuffle (it's mario party with sonic, very fun minigames imo)
cannon spike (beatemup game with megaman, street fighter chars, and etc capcom people)

Tales of syphonia (the ONLY port that's 60fps, even the REMASTER isn't 60fps, no idea why, it absolutely matters gameplay wise (input delays and such), also a 4-player co-op game!

need for speed underground 2 (the best NFS out there)
Sonic adventure 2 battle (it's on DC also but if you like the vs modes, and chao garden stuff it's upgraded on battle version)
sonic adventure DX (the game has a 60fps rate on GC, much faster than dreamcast game literally, redone graphics, and all chao garden stuff form battle is here also)

To be honest, Vexx on Gamecube is a better collectathon than Super Mario Sunshine. So I recommend it. Pretty fun game with a decent level repertoire.

Agree, bought on import when it was released... Although i liked less than Border Down, which ive never seen an original copy in my life. G-Rev forever!
My most beloved dreamcast jewels are Rez, Space Channel Five 2 and Cosmic Smash. Although they could be considered arcade clones of other genre, i think they have their author signature most than other...
