Feel like watching some wcw nitro 1999 over christmas thats what i watched every friday night after cartoon network shut down at 9pm in the uk. wish it was like it tonight.
AEW's product is improving a bit even though there are still things I hate about it so I don't want to sound like I'm glazing it.
The main event scene is interesting with Samoa Joe, Hangman Adam Page, Swerve, and MJF
We're finally focusing a little less on the stupid Death Riders, though I hate that they are still a thing and I wish Mox could be taken off TV for like a year
Okada/Takeshita drama is fun, though they are really dragging it out. I am tired of the Don Callis Family but the Takeshita/Okada stuff is fun
I like that we're going back to the Elite being the Elite instead of that corporate Young Bucks weirdness and Kenny Omega never being around
The women's tag titles are off to a good start.
Thank God they didn't put it on the stupid Timeless Love Bombs or the cringey, teen goth, Julia/Sky Blue duo
WWE is unwatchable right now except for NXT which has been a pattern in WWE for many years now. NXT decent, everything else trash. Triple H is literally trolling everyone. His on camera attitude and comments prove this. He doesn't give a fuck.
Pretty much most of my wrestling viewing is thru Youtube. Clips of WWE, TNA, & AEW, when the AAA shows would stream on there like this weekend, I watch. Every now and then I watch Memphis, Booker T's ROW, & Juggalo Championship Wrestling. Clips of Pro Wrestling REVOLVER. Deadlock(podcast, RIP to their promotion tho which JUST had it's last show) & NotThatTomGreen streams and videos. I've skipped out on watching more PPVs this year than any other and I feel as if I didn't miss a thing. Nothing has me committing to keeping up with everything a given promotion has to offer. I just watch bits and pieces of what looks interesting.
Finally found some of my old wrestling MVs in an old hard drive and decided to upload them on Dailymotion cuz I'm afraid of them getting pulled from YouTube. Here is one I made of the Bullet Club. I made 2 but the other may be lost to time. But yeah, most of the MVs I made were from over a decade ago.
Gonna put netflix back on for the european tour only because i get raw and smackdown at 7 or 8pm whatever the case may be and winter has an icy grip it'll ease the boredom i face only cuz the euro fans are loud and put a bit of effort into their nights.
WWE was alright tonight im not 1 for spoilers but yeah hope smackdown is good.

Drew Mcintyre as champion suits me will be an interesting champion. Apparently triple h hasnt even bothered to write anything on social media about it unless hes done it in last few hours.
I'm so far behind on AEW it's ridiculous, but I keep avoiding spoilers in the foolish thought that I will go back and watch the PPVs I've missed and catch up. I have been keeping an eye on TNA news and results, it's sad in my opinion that they are so beholden to NXT and by proxy WWE. It never ends well for those that become shadow booked by WWE, i.e. the British wrestling scene of the 2010s. Sure, they have a TV deal on AMC now, which is cool, and they are doing bigger arenas, but how long does it last? Their roster is filled with NXT wrestlers or former NXT wrestlers. Anyone who does well who is homegrown will either be absorbed into NXT like Joe Hendry or get signed by AEW it seems. I'm not sure what the solution is, I just don't think it will work out for them long-term.
I've also somewhat kept up with NWA and oddly enough JCW through Markyd123's stuff on Youtube, they both seem like they are run poorly but are also interesting at the same time. It's odd to see JCW making a slightly proper run at things with a Youtube show. Those wrestling events have been held for a couple decades, and they'd bring in big names for them, but it always sounded mostly like a vanity project for ICP they did out of enjoyment of wrestling. There are zombies, which is corny, but they at least stick to the gimmick and are about as convincing as zombie wrestlers could be.

The last RAW was also mediocre. I even have a theory why – it's because WWE doesn't care much about the weekly shows when they are in Europe.
It's also possible that during the European tours, the full writing and production team isn't available behind the scenes, because some of them stay in the US.
You know, it's not like Triple H is the producer of everything.
We have Bruce Prichard as Executive Director, Ed Koskey as Senior Vice President of Creative Writing, Michael Hayes as Senior Producer, Vice President of Creative Writing & Booking, 6 writers for RAW with Alexandra Williams as lead writer, and 7 for Smackdown with Road Dogg as lead writer and Producers: Billy Kidman, Abyss, Jamie Noble, Jason Jordan, Kenny Dykstra, Molly Holly, Petey Williams, Tyson Kidd, Bobby Roode, Shawn Daivari, Gregory Helms.
AAA using AI again to produce visuals and this time it's worse as whatever prompt they used to create the animations produced an AEW logo'd Mega Championship on Dom Mysterio. Guess it's par for the course for this TKO/WWE regime. More money than God but wanna cheap out on visuals and screw folks over who coulda used the job.
