Rakuga Kids PAL to All Regions Patch For some crazy reason this title was released in Japan and Europe but not in the USA. This patch forces the video out and audio rate to match whatever region your console thinks it is. This patch should fully support all regions–PAL, NTSC, and MPAL. My guess is that Konami chose not to release it here in the States because they feared we would perceive this game as "too childish" (...which, it technically is considering the character roster is just doodles, but still).

which is very stupid and slurrish because this same console had freaking Yoshi's Story, Elmo's letters and numbers, Penny Racers, and like madd other kiddie lookin games that came on the system and they too scared to release a game like this to america? like huh?? did they forget that the PS1 had a couple of kiddish lookin games too that ya'll released to the states as well too?!

We actually got this here in the UK. I used to have it.

Yeah this a PAL version patched to run at 60Hz on NTSC consoles (or emulators).
