Basically my stance, I don't have any attachment to any women in any sort of media... I just find them pretty and fun to interact with, that's all.

I used to have some "attachment" when I was younger. FFX Yuna and FFXII Ashe for example. I haven't felt anything like that for over a decade now.

In all seriousness, I never quite understood the waifu thing. I'm memeing with everyone for a bit of fun but to me all those characters have always been just that - fictional characters. I don't have any emotional attachment to any of them beyond liking the show/game/whatever they're in. I have no intention of stopping others from enjoying them however they want though.

i will say that i tent to avoid calling waifu characters that i enjoy but are depicted as "childs". Even if they are legal. Like i also love Konata and Kiragami from Lucky Star, or Gawr Gura from Hololive or my Favorite Fire emblem character is Lysithea. They are in my favorite characters of all time for sure, but not my waifus. But i won't call them "waifus" because of the child/loli factor drives me away. But i will say, some people are really "hard no" of talking about characters that are "not legal", and i don't really understand why. I mean they are fictional at the end of the day.

But i will keep it there. I don't want to start a debate like the ones that appeared a lot when i was using that shitstorm website that tends to cry about everything (twitter):)
