RB's Notes 1: There is extensive documentation included, and the hack also makes the game itself much more informationally dense, so read carefully.

RB's Notes 2: The game difficulty is increased due to enemy teams being better, but this is balanced by the player's 'mons being better as well, and there being far more options.

Mostly this looks pretty great, and I love the original Conquest, but really not a fan of when mods of this sort change the types of existing Pokemon.

I can't tell from screenshots, but can you put the cursor on an opponent Mon and see what its new Types are?

Yeah it is. The only pokemon knowledge that benefits one here is type matchups and move varieties but gameplay wise it's probably something most FE fans would like.

Never played this one, is it good or pass?

It's tied for me for the best hack of conquest tbh (I have played them all). There aren't that many tho, I think in total there are only like half a dozen conquest hacks. The scene is still pretty new compared to even other ds pokemon hacks.

I'll have to give this a shot. I bought it on release just because it was so weird. I even bought an extra copy for a friend because I wanted to play along with someone and I just knew nobody would touch this (at the time) on hearsay alone. lol

NGL they turned out to be a bit of a Trash Man. Kind of wish I kept that second copy in hindsight...

though there's a hack called poke emblem that you should check out.
