pls help w pc-98 emulation

i wanted to try emulating pc-98 but i couldnt quiet find a simple way to do it
as i understood you need retroarch, core for np2kai and filmware but i didnt really understand where u download core, if u can use steam version for installing it or version from their site is better
maybe someone could put it in like simple instructions pls

On windows i use retrobat to play pc98
