Hard Mode:

If no one's gotten it in a day or so I'll do Normal Mode, and then finally Easy Mode which'll probably just give it away. But I have confidence someone can get it.

It was the Hud, for some reason it was the bullet that really gave it away. Plus, with the resolution, I knew it was the PS2 version and not GORE.

Nope, and Nope. And, Xenogears is an RPG with a fighting game bonus mode, this one is a full fighting game so that's colder (but Tekken is warmer). It is a PS1 exclusive fighting game, that is not weapon focused (like Soulblade or Star Gladiator).

Nope, it is not Tobal, nor is it a game by DreamFactory or Squaresoft/Enix or SquareEnix. @PupinDaTurd was on the right track with with it being a Super Best Friends reference.

Alright, Alright! I give!
It's a 3D Fighting Game for the PS1 developed by Naxat Soft, and features a cast of monsters like Skeletons, Minotaurs, and a Frankenstein monster. The character (they don't have set names, as they change depending of if they're chosen by Player 1 or Player 2) in the original screenshot is a werewolf, hence why said his human form wasn't his true form (and why it wasn't Bloody Roar). The original hint of "BEAT YOU UP!" is an infamous sound clip from the game, since almost every fighter seems to reiterate it no matter who you pick.

It is considered a spiritual successor to the Sega Saturn game "Battle Monster" (also made by Naxat Soft), which originally had digitized actors and clay models instead of 3D graphics.

It's not Killing Floor, nor is it Evil Zone, but the title is something in between.

Yes, @PupinDaTurd is correct, but he already kinda knew it from earlier (as he was the one the recognized it form Scrublords/Worst Fighting Game) but I guess it was only on the tip of his tongue or something. @Boo Man also clearly knew it, but was just being a fuckass so earns -1000 points.
