some clues, it is indeed a mobile java game, its clearly a shmup, and the real clue is that the image pretty much shows the name of the game

Let's stick with FPS games. This one was fairly well-known back in the day.

This one also marks the second time a game defeated me and forced me to nab a screenshot from the web instead of taking my own. Oh well.
