I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on good pixel horror games for PC or even the switch. I've already played Mad Father, IB, The Witch's House, and Corpse Party. I would love to know if more like these titles exist. I've been craving a good game!
My recommendations would be Decarnation, Yuppie Psycho, and -- if you like more survival horror-style games -- Lamentum and Evil Tonight. From more recent I played Dead of Darkness and had a good time, it also has pretty fun voice acting. Also that Look Outside game that kinda blew up looks really good.

Ah damn you already played the exact ones I was gonna recommend. Nice!
Have you tried Witch’s Heart? It’s vaguely similar to what you’re seeking. But it’s somewhat on the lengthier and wordier side so I hope that’s not an issue. It’s also VERY exhibition-heavy, meaning so much stuff is explained directly as opposed to being implied or hidden in lore like the games you mentioned, but that’s only relatively speaking. It still hides a lot, it’s a mystery game so it kinda has to.
- Clock Tower: Rewind
- Crow Country (not pixel, but PSX art)
- Decarnation
- Enigma of Fear
- Lamentum
- Look Outside
- Re-Turn: One Way Trip
- Savior of the Abyss
- The Coma 2: Vicious Sisters
- The Coma 2B: Catacomb
- The Count Lucanor
- World Of Horror
Most that I can think of have already been mentioned, but here's three more:
Lone Survivor, a 2D take on Silent Hill-style horror.
The Excavation of Hob's Barrow, a really good Point & Click Adventure game set in rural Victorian era England with a horror aesthetic and atmosphere that does a good job at capturing a Lovecraftian feel.
Lily's Well, a (free) oldschool Adventure game about a little girl that wants to climb down a well after hearing a voice down there. What more could one need to know?

Oh and FAITH, of course! Mortis and all that jazz.

Stygian Reign of the Old Ones also has beautiful pixel art, and is the most close thing to the Call of Cthulhu pen and paper rpg game out there, although I regret having bought it, as the game was stolen from the devs and rushed to release by the publisher. I'd still say it's worth to play a cracked version.

To late.exe and Mario.exe old version. I suggest Doom mode:house(something like that) which have a lot of things.(I know it's not a game but I know it as a good mood). Alone in dark series are good too. Oh and resident evil Gaiden if you have a lot of time!

One of my favorite games of all time, and also one of the best pixel horror games, I absolutely love how Yume Nikki uses its visuals to tell a narrative, possibly one of the best uses of visual storytelling I've ever seen.

The Last Door: Season 1 & 2. Episodic horror adventure games. Felt like I was playing through a long running horror TV show. This was made by the team that went on the make the Blasphemous series.

This game is puzzle solving? It remind me undertale adventure(forget the name actually, fan made for undertale.) It was horror but I don't think it was a pixel art.
Lakeview Cabin is an absolute classic. Free to play online, in your browser. I'm aware there's a whole series of these on Steam, $10 for a collection including a remaster of the original game. I think it's called Lakeview Cabin Collection, I haven't played that one, but I might pick it up next steam sale. Anyway, yeah no spoilers, but solid pixel art and some pretty good scares!
