I fond a way to play in other language (Spanish, French, Italian and German).
Just download the Europe rom (from here) and rename it to "pd.pal-final.z64".
Put that file in "data" folder and play the game using "pd.pal.x86_64.exe"
It also can be done for the Japanese version, renaming it to "pd.jpn-final.z64" and play with "pd.jpn.x86_64.exe".
