Nu metal is a whole vibe now, it englobles many different bands and styles from different eras.. if you don't like a certain type of band don't hesitate to check out others. Not a big fan of Nu Metal, but I fw Deftones

I heckin love Silly Goose, those guys are epic and cooool. Also it's really sic that Wargasm got the Fred Durst feature. Thanks for the recommendations! I really like Lie to You and Slip, and Dry Kill Logic is tragically underrated.
A few newer groups have been taking stabs at nu metal lately, and I've greatly enjoyed it!

I've heard a few of the newer ones, most of them don't really get into the sound that I'm attracted to and seem to lean closer to metalcore and djent. Off the top of my head I've liked Bleed and Fleshwater and they seem closest to the early-2000s sound I like. Something about it gives me a visual of a splash burst of Mountain Dew Code Red.Thanks for the recommendations! I really like Lie to You and Slip, and Dry Kill Logic is tragically underrated.

Glad to see Deftones on here, they're my favourite bandI was in High School when Nu Metal hit the scene. I was definitely more into the Korn side of the spectrum and didn't listen to much on the Limp Biskit side of the spectrum. But it is nice seeing Static X, Spineshank, Sevendust, Adema, Korn, Mudvayne, Slipknot, Linkin Park, and System of a Down already mentioned. High School I did love Dope but I can't listen to them anymore and Mushroom Head no longer clicks with me.
But what about some Soil
Or some Taproot
Or even Deftones
