The Nightmare Creatures series is an often-forgotten horror gem tucked away in older systems and nowadays I've seen people calling it "Bloodborne on the PS1". The N64 version had one alteration that made it much superior to the PSx counterpart: the removal of the adrenaline bar. This bar was a last-minute addition to the game to make it more fast-paced. You had to keep running forward and killing enemies to keep the bar filled, or your health would deplete. That "feature" wasn't fully balanced, which ended up making the game much harder than it should and it was removed in the N64 port.
Well, I bring you the adrenaline bar patch by lightbulb-sun. I've tested it in a USA copy and it works flawlessly. It is an older release, but I haven't seen it here and I thought to share.
