PS2 is my favourite console in my entire life. Since 2014(sadly, very late, when I buyed an unit Sony decided to discontinue the console completly), Playstation 2 was the machine who made me happy by many years, and still continuing to made me happy ^^

This compilation I bought second hand at a mall video game shop as a kid. The thing that was so special for me was, my Mother is a child of the 70s and 80s. So this was a rare thing we got to connect with, at least video game wise. She knew all the songs and we play together.

If you push me to pick a single game though? Kingdom Hearts 2 and Final Fantasy X

I never had a PS2 so I've only very recently been playing some of the stuff I never got to. Would say so far Klonoa 2 and Breath of Fire 5 are very much up there for me.

Rule of Rose, Silent hill 2-4, silent hill origins, Manhunt, haunted grounds. obligatory horror out the way, there's also that kingdom hearts series thats close to my heart i mean to play it again eventually after i worked my way through final fantasy whenever that'll be. Skygunner is another nostalgic one, it's theme song is my personal anthem of shmup love. GTA 3-San Andreas is always a solid pick for when i wanna drive without racing. this reminded me i need to play more PS2 games in general.

Devil may cry 3
The classic hack and slash. Historically one of the hardest and coolest showoff ever made in the century. Story is meh, practically came here for the game.

I had heard the news that said "it's influences taken by Nier and Dark souls series" seems a bit odd but i haven't gone through yet. Gameplay looks janky, not even has lock-in which is kinda hard to use. However, The game atmospheric and fantasy adventure feels non other games, the bgm captures a lot.
If i had play this game as a childhood, it might as well break my heart to experience to play it again.
