I will get the ball rolling with Stay tuned 1992, it was a comedic warning on the passivity of life, and distractions related to entertainment, and the lack of respect companies have on their customers..... They want your souls! O___O cough, ahem.. .

It was pure 90s, incredibly funny imho and took the absolute liberty out of entertainment of the time! No movie would rip the piss out of other movies like this does, not in this day and age!

NOTE: if you where note alive during this time frame, just name a movie you may have seen and enjoyed from that time.

Probably one of these for me.

It's a toss-up!

My favorite "Meryl Streep has a gun" movie of 1992 would be Death Becomes Her!

On the other hand, the best "Marisa Tomei deserves this Oscar" is My Cousin Vinny!

Then again, both hands would likely agree (and shake on it) that Hard Boiled is the best action movie of the year, hands down! (Is this offensive to hands? I don't want anyone pointing the finger at me ayyyyyy)

EDIT: Now that I think about it, moved to the appropriate forum.

Basic Instinct, baby! The Verhoeven classic! Sex, blondes and lizard man Michael Douglas: a great movie.

Indeed, this served as one of many warnings to me about super attractive people, their is always a hidden intent.

There is also a chart on hot vs crazy if i am not mistaken.

Not much I can say, except for two movies.
  • Army of Darkness
  • Batman Return
  • Alien 3
  • Of Mice and Men
  • Universal Soldier
  • Wayne's World

Wayne's World sort of feels a bit more relevent to today If you think about It, a reboot of that would just be hollywood buying off a YouTube channel In the present day world where Hollywood Is losing to It's bitggest competitor: the audience, AKA: Content creators.... although...

And Universal Soldier had me completelye surprised. Did not knwo It was a movie until one day many years ago I was trying out random Genesis games, booted up Universal Soldiers and realized It was a movie tie In game that was just a reskin of Turrican II.

Was expecting a space marine action movie when I got a chance to watch It, only to find out It's just about a super soldier project using cyrogeneticlaly revived dead soldeirs beefed up with super steroids. Still a good movie to watch.

The last movie in the franchise is pretty cool: it becomes Apocalypse Now for the Obama years, shifting from a delayed Vietnam War/Gulf War setting into being about Wars Now & Wars of the Future. Very Lost Highway for the Xbox 360 in the way it turns and twists through themes of identity and memory and prolonged suffering, using these broken, fundamentally dead soldiers that are on autopilot long after their conflict pretended to have any moral justification, long after they have died in most cases. The first movie speaks to the 1990s Kuwait invasion, and comments on 'Nam a generation earlier: Day of Reckoning becomes about every conflict we will see for the rest of our lives. JCVD stops trying to be charismatic and instead broods and stares down the camera like the most sullen, broken dog ever seen, intentionally going full Colonel Kurtz mode. A great watch.
