Mortal Kombat Psycho RFG Edition hack replaces the tracks with the arcade music. There's nothing you can do about the Shang Tsung load times. There's not enough RAM in the Sega CD/Mega CD to load all of the fighters.

This was the best port of Mortal Kombat 1 in the 90's I hear as you get the Genesis version's visuals (albeit slightly enhanced) and gameplay along with enhanced audio for voices and music but speaking of the music, it plays out of order, so you'll get the wrong track on some stages.

A minor issue but what's more major is when you fight Shang Tsung, the game freezes when he's changing forms due to it tied to the music resetting.
