No, it isn't, the last parts of mgs2 are

The Psycho Mantis part is great but I agree, The final revelations in MGS2 is pure bananas and I love it,
Also for those that claim Raiden is 'uncool' in MGS2. Dead wrong. He's a loveable dork.
