still my fav mgs games, i will not mention metal gear rising, cuz its a dif era, and it's only for jack/raiden (my second fav game overall from this verse, but i don't count it here, since, i mention, only the solid/bboss era games)

since the ps1 era, this series was amazing, even though, policenauts (one of kojima's other older games projects) is even better, story/quality wise, i can argue even snatcher is up there, it's a dif talk though, for another time

but yeah, metal gear is overall, part of the iconic levels of series

ps: yoji shinkawa is top 10 vgame artists as well, his designs/drawings are so clean

If delta does well then sure. They’re gonna do anything new with the mgs license so they may as well subject us to remake galore.

One of my favourite game series of all time, played all the mainline games to completion as well as Peace Walker. 3 is my personal favourite of course, then probably 4.

It sucks it's best version is locked to the HD trilogy, maybe Konami will port it eventually with the newer ones they've done.

I think 1 and 3 could probably be done in 2 full sized whiteboards each, they're not particularly complicated games. 2 I think I could get done with maybe 4 or 5 boards, it's of course very convoluted and likely won't make sense but it's not that bad. 4 is the real shit, I think I've narrowed it down to the 10 board range, and 5 of that is just about Liquid Ocelot.

I recently got into MGS last Christmas, and I just got my hands on Guns of the Patriots.
What I really loved was how tense I felt sneaking right behind the enemy's back, but what really got me coming back was the storytelling.
It felt raw, and without the high fantasy setting of showing abstract philosophical concepts. It got me to think about the world around us, and what lies ahead in our future (mostly mine).
