Hey'all I recently noticed myself being more interested in Art videos that focus on the "Mental game" over the practical game ever since I finished the life tutorial mode and started a new game+ (aka getting a job) I find myself being completely exhausted both mentally and physically, but mostly mentally whenever I return home from my job

The thing is I always fantasize during work how after I finish work I will be doing this and that and this, but in reality, when I actually finish it and arrive home I feel like all I wanted to do is to take a sip of a cup of coffee and relax (_ _*) Z z z

but at the same time, I also want to do things that are meaningful to me like drawing, but I learned over the years that forcing myself to do stuff and calling it "discipline" will...work sure but I will ultimately pay the price the later
thus I sorta organically came up with this method of watching something art-related that is not a simple tutorial and just diving deeper into the "challenges" let's say any artist or heck any person is going to stumble upon it. And I find it works as a gentle reset button and a slight "push" to start or continue the task I had done yesterday

I really like watching Saito Naoki's Videos that focus more on the psychology and general philosophical view of life with him being always optimistic and energetic yet sincere always lift my spirts up and make me change my mood from "maaan I'm tired I wanna sleep or rest" into "Ok I can do anything if I believe hard enough!" ☆*:.。.o(≧▽≦)o.。.:*☆

what are other mood lifting or generally good life advice art videos you guys know? I also really like KNKL Thoughtful Thursday series that has sadly ended long time ago ::injured

For me its watching Yunayu on Youtube, the soft voice and her gentle personality keeps me going and going. Fuels my motivation so I don't disappoint Yunayu's mascot!

I totally feel ya, the mental game is sooo important. For the longest time I was barely drawing & was content just playing games whenever I was off or whatever. But after really jumping into it with the goal of "I'm going to learn how to draw like this!", I personally feel like I've reached this state of mind where I'm constantly enjoying it & actively looking forward to drawing.

For the first couple of months though I really did apreciate LinesSensei's videos.
I know his stuff are basically bnb tutorials videos & not really mental like you're saying, but I love the way he presents his vids. Feels calm, more intimate & doesn't feel like the other people releasing videos to meet Youtube quota. He brought great peace to my mind while trying to whip back up into shape.
