occupational therapy you need some random guy to monitor you 24/7 to know how you are doing.

That's not how it works either. You're clearly biased against therapy and actively hurting yourself in this process.

Speaking of therapy, how is it possible that people who are as introverted as I am and/or have aspergers are able to tell people irl about their issues without needing drastic measures beforehand?

On Sunday I had to do important things and made a post which seemed self deprecating but wasn't. It didn't get received well as it incited someone to defend me from then misinterpreting it. Theyve even since left though I don't know if it was from that, and it has felt like since then activity towards me has lessened. I'm getting this sense of pretentiousness mainly towards my more jovial nature. Like what I do, and who I am is not welcome here.

i would not take any forum banter or lack thereof so seriously ogmios
from what your lips have eased into my ears it sounds as if that person's absence was not truly caused by you, and the concept of more or less engagement that the forum has with you is coloured by the shape of your perspective
i would not think that activity towards you has truly lessened due to those things, but rather the time and flow of those here
no need to be mizerable on any such young nights

Hey, i know the person you are talking about... and also i know despite the timing, it wasn't related to you at all.

And hey... don't worry about less engagement... i know some people weren't in their best mood lately due to various reasons... mostly real life events that we all know and i don't want to even mention.
Hopefully things will improve eventually.

Sometimes there's less engagement and activity just in general, with it having nothing to do with anyone in particular. I've been here for over half a year now, and sometimes the forum is just slow. I think the timing might simply be coincidental.
