After greeting them, say something like: "I am introverted and have Asperger's, and I find it difficult to express how I feel". You can add "Please excuse me if I seem closed off", if you feel it necessary.

You can also write it out in text on your mobile, and then hand it to them, if speaking aloud is difficult.

I don't think so personally. But if you feel otherwise, that's fine. Express yourself to them however you feel best articulates your thoughts and feelings.

That's fine too. People have different emotional needs. Some people get very clingy and attached and feel that they must spend all their time around other people, and others are happier in isolation. As long as your preferences are clear, there should be no friction.

Being honest about how you feel and what you want makes people more likely to understand you and can enable them to meet your needs.

What if I keep rejecting the same advice?

I meant that the same people in a forum that I am in keep giving me the same advice over and over again and I still reject it

That's what I was referring to: If you keep following the same course of action (i.e., rejecting the same advice and continuing the same course of action), then you are likely to continue experiencing the same results (i.e., your situation will remain unchanged).

Then don't. But if your situation does not change, you may need to try telling people irl how you feel, or meditating, to see some different results.

It may result in positive change, it may not. But those two actions (talking to people in person and meditation/mindfulness) have been known to work for others (including me, on occasion), so they may also work for you, too.
 
Minor rant:
I'm getting really fucking annoyed with my tinnitus right now. I'm still going thru the process I wrote about earlier, but the added tension, and probably the heart rate too is affecting my tinnitus in a new way so I have to listen to it and since it's not a sound I'm accustomed too it's insanely intrusive.

That doesn't sound like a fun time TonnyB. I hope it subsides for you sooner than later.
 
Btw I can't stop mentally saying that killing bad/hated people and stupids will make me a good person
 
lately, I've been having a really hard time lately contending with stuff that has happened in the past two years for me. Just constant ruminating. Having a sense of hope dangled in front of you and then snatched away... i dunno. It's hard to let go. I'll probably be okay in a year or so. But it's gonna suck for a while.

I used to be very accepting of the fact that we can't turn back the clock, but it's pretty difficult now. Playing a buncha games from my childhood ain't helping!

Haven't had crying fits and intrusive thoughts this badly since I was half my size. They just don't stop.

An online friend once told me I might have some sort of manipulation trauma, then I asked them what they meant by that and then they said this:
Ah, it means that you lack better judgement due to being manipulated into thinking that you've caused problems, when in reality THEY have caused the problem to themselves, and/or they have set themselves up for failure, and you have accidentally fallen into their trap at the wrong place and wrong time.

Basically, you think that you're right that it's your fault, without questioning / being able to question if they are right about that or not.
