So uhh you are asking the same question here on other forums and it didn't seem to help

I wonder what would you exactly like to hear? Or in this case see.
Some other examples are not wanting to be scolded for changing stuff on my PC and thus rejecting to use Linux and/or Firefox. And also repeating that I don't care about modern games, that I can't afford X thing to fix Y thing and etc

Well you don't have to use linux or Firefox what's exactly wrong with that? You know some of these stupid nerds can like develop some sort of elitism attitude of "use Linux it's better than windows" in the most nerdy voice ever.

No need to care about modern games if you aren't interested why would you care exactly?

Also I don't want occupational therapy bc I don't want some random guy to monitor what I do 24/7

You might be making it harder on yourself by rejecting getting therapy , it can be just what you need? You can't just say "well damn i have this problem but I'm not gonna solve it" and then expect validation , while you are conscious that not solving it is making things worse.

The sooner you act the better the results will be.

Why do you need to all that? Where is your inner motivation? Energy? That's why i told you to workout it will energize you pretty good it's not the only way but can bring in good results for stopping being lazy.

You know more than i do what doing all these 3 of overdosing on sugar , doing drugs , and injections would do to you after sometime of using them.

Well you said you are lazy? Man you confused me XD , but really thinking becoming an adult will solve all your problems or having a surgery or some easy way out......it won't do you a thing it will make things worse.

We are in this together OK?
 
It's just that I go out for a walk when my family orders me to go with them and because physical education class is mandatory and not by my own decision.
Hmmmm i would really like to get you into fitness it might be just what you need to start on changing this negative and self hating attitude.

Showing what your body is capable of can be one hell of a cool flex not to flex on anyone just for yourself.

What do you say? Are you willing to learn how to do pushups? Have you ever tried doing one?

Well man this seems more in needing of real life solution than whatever i or anyone here can offer it's pretty much a problem that words online will remain words.

Forget about PE class i suppose if you do pushup then you know the proper form of doing pushups , why not start workout at home? Set a number like 15 or 20 pushup in a row if you can push it to 30 but don't go too hard i don't want you to injure yourself in the process.

I'm still too lazy and introvert to fix my issues so getting doing drugs and/or smoking and/or vaping, getting lobotomized, getting amnesia and getting hypnotized are better solutions

NO! it will get things worse , there is no eternal salvation coming with these solutions , being an introvert doesn't mean you uhh do this.

Can you point us towards your source of laziness?

I can't put it in words but it might be stuff like lack of motivation, lack of energy, some sort of apathy or idk.

Also I keep saying the same stuff bc my brain keeps thinking the same stuff over and over again almost nonstop

Lack of motivation you say? So we can't pinpoint the source eh? Well that a little problem you can try to go offline for a couple days see if it gets you in a better mood as it seems constantly venting these negative thoughts isn't helping you.

I know others suggested it but why not give it a shot?

Then we need to find the source of what's causing these negative thoughts! Is it because you remember one situation or interaction where you said something stupid or acted in a dumb way and it keeps playing in loop again and again and that makes you regret the way you acted?

I don't think i can offer much help more so than let's say a real doctor or a therapist , you were told to seek Real life help hundreds of times now maybe people are into something when they tell you to do it? Solve the problem cut it from the root now so you are better off in the future you don't want to reach 20 years old and you still have these problems.

Let's put it in a video game way and say life will scale in difficulty the more you age , i don't to act like I'm dropping wisdom but damn man you gotta get out of this ASAP

Both that and bc my mother is quite temperamental and tends to act like if she hated me

Aside from the ones I mentioned, I had meditation in mind and tried it years ago (before I was depressed) but found it more irritating than relaxing.
The other method I have in mind is repeatidly hitting myself in the head, but I tried it a couple times in the past and got no results

Yeah and those you mentioned won't do shit about it.

You are overthinking stuff it doesn't do good to you especially when you hyper focus on negative stuff and overthink those.

There has to be something that gives you positive thoughts.
