that's fair but between the death ray towers that force you to dash, the door that makes you dash to get out of the way, and the giant scorpion bot that forces you to dash, i feel like the intro stage does make at least a reasonable attempt to drill it into the player's head.I would argue that if most players can't figure out the right way to play the game from the game itself, then the game is poorly designed.
My biggest gripe about that game was that X was locked until you fucking 100% the entire thing!that's fair but between the death ray towers that force you to dash, the door that makes you dash to get out of the way, and the giant scorpion bot that forces you to dash, i feel like the intro stage does make at least a reasonable attempt to drill it into the player's head.

that's completely reasonable, as i said i wouldn't consider it good, just overhated. My biggest gripe about that game was that X was locked until you fucking 100% the entire thing!
What baffles me is how does a counter culture get born from playing a game slightly fasterOkay, but where are all these people coming from anyway? Is there some kind of dedicated Mega Man X7 Defense Squad or something?

Yeah, although the game is a little bit enjoyable with N's mod, and it fixes a few gripes I had with the gamethat's completely reasonable, as i said i wouldn't consider it good, just overhated.
Some of them are pain to rescue though, at least I tried and assumed you have to do all of them...Actually, you only need 64 rescued Reploids or all main stages beaten for X to be unlocked.
Actually there’s a really easy way to do it. Press start to open up the menu, head down, press return to title, click yes then close the game.Yeah, although the game is a little bit enjoyable with N's mod, and it fixes a few gripes I had with the game

Have you played zero on gba? It was hard and I think a good start.I'm interested in knowing more about the lore and timeline of the games, and I love the art and the character design of the series! So I decided to play them all
Mega man is also quite hard, so I was thinking of beating every game and unlocking every secret as a challenge.
Not yet, but I'll play next, then! thx~Have you played zero on gba? It was hard and I think a good start.
Moot point. All jp Megaman ops are awesome. XDThe opening for the Japanese version was awesome though.
Glad to hear! Not yet, but I'll play next, then! thx~
Agreed. But I have to say, I also love X4 and X5 western OPs. I think they're actually slightly better.Moot point. All jp Megaman ops are awesome. XD
I would recommend following release order. Can someone help me with this? I'm on a mission to play every Mega man game ever! Including spinoffs and Japan only games that were translated. Anyone have an order and/or version recommendations?
There are any differences between the original games and some collections like the ones on PS2? Like some quality of life features etc.?
I've already played through Mega man X, X2 and X3 so far, but I wouldn't mind playing them again![]()

>wants to learn loreOnly thing you need to know about Mega Man lore is that it's terrible and makes no sense.
Just play games in whatever order you want.
