Of ignorance and not using a search engine.
my favourite mega man x title is a tie between x1 and x4
i am curious if anyone else holds x4 in such high esteem
the soundtrack is my favourite in the series, and the animated scenes blew my mind when i was eight
the level designs in x4 lack the stronger sense of motion in x1, but are still very memorable to me
The most insane part is that this was a WonderSwan gameOf ignorance and not using a search engine.

How do you even
X4 was the peak of the series for me and the first X game I played. X1 on snes was fantastic. Have you played Megaman Zero? You'll likely really enjoy it.my favourite mega man x title is a tie between x1 and x4

Idk if this was asked but what do people here think about Mega Man X8? It was my introduction to the X franchise after having played the classic anniversary collection. I was both really confused and excited to play it because the cover art has everyone looking cool. Mega Man X8 is arguably one of my favorite X games ever even after playing the X games.
Did you at least play the demake? I haven't but I am wondering if it changed people's opinions on X8. I didn't play it because I was thinking it plays just like the PS2 version with 16 but graffics.I think it's terrible.

At least you tried it then. What is your favorite X game or Mega Man series. Mine will always be the Mega Man Zero series because of its story and gameplay. That and Zero is just awesome.I tried it, but it was way too hard to be fun. It's basically forcing you to collect armors and Heart Tanks to even stand a chance.

I finally got around to reading the Mega Man comic that UDON made for Free Comic Book Day.
It's a cute little story about Wind Man, Cold Man and Skull Man remembering their battles with Rock. There are way too many puns, but the comic acknowledges Mega Man & Bass, so I don't mind too much. The art is technically great, but there's something about Rock and Roll's faces that really puts me off. But overall, it's worth picking up if you're a Mega Man fan.
Here's Roll with a weird face.

Of course it’s obvious, it’s clearly pepsimanI think looking at my avatar and banner should give you the answer, no?
That is true, but something about Mega Man X8 always made me revisit it. I loved playing as 2 maverick hunters at once, mixing up the Hermes and Icarus armor, Zero's unlockable weapons, Axl's arsenal of weapons, and getting to play as the navigators was fun. I must have replayed it like 5 times as a kid and it is one of the first games I beat on the hardest difficulty. Also Megaman x8 is kinda weird. It’s got a lot of good parts, I enjoy so much about it, but it’s still terrible at the end of the day. Half the levels aren’t even levels. Lmao.
Man-o-war flashbacks…
Edit: actually, I’ll double down. MOST of the game barely has any real level design.
I like X8, but when it's bad, it's Dynasty. Fuck that stage. I like the Shop system, and the Navigators are pleasant to listen to, and I find Pallette's voice when she says "Listen to me!" adorably whiny (kind of like Erin Fitzgerald's Noire from Neptunia).Idk if this was asked but what do people here think about Mega Man X8? Really, that stage? Why not Burn Rooster's stage? That stage I always do last. With Dynasty I realized if you boost to get in Gigabolt's face and mash the shoot button to quickly you can beat that stage in about a minute. But at the same time I understand because I was stuck on that stage for a while. Gigabolt Man-o-war is annoying and doesn't shut up. Not to mention the game doesn't tell you anything on how to complete that stage. I dropped X8 the first time around because I couldn't complete it for the longest time, and I only discovered the Dynasty speed strat on my 4th playthrough.I like X8, but when it's bad, it's Dynasty. When I first played x8 I hadn't played a new x game for years (because I couldn't get a PS2). I really enjoyed playing it at the time, but never played it again since.Idk if this was asked but what do people here think about Mega Man X8? Honestly the X series from X1 to X4 are my absolute favorites in the X series, in the Classic series that would be 4 to 8, honestly the games from 4 to 6 in the NES are a blast, then 7 on the SNES for what could be my favorite theme (it's Shademan's theme of course, second best the Robot Museum theme), finishing with 8 and it's overall great style on the PS1, currently gonna try Legends so i could join the protest for someday getting Legends 3...
