A romhack by CowQuack. "One day, whilst crafting a plush doll, something miraculous occured. The doll smiled at me." Mario awakes inside a charming workshop with a dark past, with Peach and Bowser transformed into plush dolls sitting beside him. They had all been attacked by a man named The Patchmaker... To save them, he needs to team up with a creation of that man, the living doll Sewnia. Embark across 12 different worlds, collecting a new ability in each that helps Mario traverse that area. What secrets does this workshop hold? What goals does The Patchmaker have? ...And how […]

It's really sad i was never able to save this game using my everdrive X7 on real hardware.
It seemed really cool.

Does anyone here know how to run this on RetroArch? Mupen64Next doesn’t accept .rar files, and i’m used to changing files for roms at this point, but when i changed it to .z64, it didn’t load the game. Do i change it to .zip? .bin? Mupen’ll accept .bin if that’ll work for me. Otherwise, what should I do?

EDIT: .zip is the way to go. 100%
just... unzip it. there's a .z64 file inside of the .rar

if you don't know how to extract .rar files: you want to use the program 7-Zip as it's free and then you can right click the .rar, go down to 7-Zip, and choose "Extract Files..." and it'll magically transform into a folder with the .z64 rom file inside of it

.rar .zip .7z are just forms of file compression, they aren't the roms themselves. occasionally emulators can play games compressed within .zips, but not always.

Is...this horror based?
I guess you could say there are some pgychological elements in there, but not straight up horror. It's very well done, though. Alot of care was put into the details, and the whole package is very consistent in quality.
