Lyrics are usually a part of most songs and I was curious to see what your favorite/worst/funniest/lyrics are!

I think my worst is the entirety of the anti-abortion song where it's sang by a fetus that gets aborted at the end. I don't remember who it was by, but it's like narration about "today my eyes formed" and whatnot, then when it gets killed it sings "why did you kill me mommy" and it's gotta be an adult guy doing a baby voice? Just weird ass stuff.

If i'm being quite honest i really don't care about a song's lyrics most of the time unless i'm listening to an Opera. Most of the music i listen to is instrumental so i'm used to having to pay attention to the instrumentation and composition rather than what the lyrics are trying to convey.

The first time I listened to 'The Analog Kid' by Rush I related so massively that I swore it was about me.
It was in that sort of confused age inbetween your late teens and early 20s, and was really unsure of what I wanted to be. The Analog Kid was one of those songs where it sort of felt like it "listened to me" as much as I listened to it.
My favorite Rush song by a million miles.

My favorite part of the lyrics are in the end:

Devy is my fav musician, period, since about 2001. a chill guy to hang n talk for a min with after a show, as weLL. I have bipolar type 1 n he gave me some advice pertaining to the ins n outs of the disorder in general n I showed him some of my gf-at-the-time's phenomenal artwork. good times.
