No, the cartridge has custom chips to power the game which no emulator can emulate. They also covered the chips with a bunch of epoxy to prevent reverse engineering.
That's the way to go if you want to make money! ?
Might have to do this when I release my secret project.
 
Does anyone know if the rom of Paprium, a recent beat'em up for Sega Genesis, is available online?

Not sure if you're aware but this has been dumped. You need a specifically designed retroarch core (although maybe the newer builds have added whatever was needed to the Genesis cores) and the music files are separate from the rom, similar to how a sega cd game would be dumped. I played about 20 mins of it and then got bored, but it was alright. Definitely need to give it another try, if nothing else just to stick it to Fonzie.
