No, the cartridge has custom chips to power the game which no emulator can emulate. They also covered the chips with a bunch of epoxy to prevent reverse engineering.

That's the way to go if you want to make money! ?

We played Micro Mages. Very fun vertical scrolling platformer, up to 4 players. Graphics, especially for bosses is gorgeous.
