I have a Bluesky. Decentralized network is fairly okay, but I almost want to remove it because unlike every single platform ever out there, Bluesky has your block list publicly available, so if dumbasses who are Bluesky addicts, they would find the site that runs Bluesky's API to track down your account, check your block list, and can have the possibillity of cancelling you.

Edit: For the sake of this post, I am not telling anyone that site. Find it yourself. It should be fairly easy if you're smart

Bluesky is super dope but it definitely takes a while to find your little pocket in it to get your feeds in an interesting place. Doesn't help that so many people have a sunken cost mentality with Twitter that they just won't switch over. The platform is slowly growing from what I've seen so I'm sure it'll get there eventually, but it is definitely a gradual shift.

You guys can have your opinions (and believe me, I agree with a lot of them), but we need to keep things at least somewhat civil because we have already lost members who thought they were coming in to talk about childhood classics and ended up stumbling upon heated arguments (and I know that for a fact due the way account deletion works in here). There's probably people not joining for much of the same reasons, too.

I think we can all agree with this sentiment. All of the Nazi apologia is really hurting my brain. I thought my fellow RGTers would be smarter than that.

I've always found blocking weird in Twitter.

I mean you could make an account to spy on someone who you have blocked and make screened tweets of them.

I already dislike the "only some people could answer to that tweet" echo chambering.
